Our company have been providing promotional sweets to the European corporate sector for well over two decades. At Sweet Ideas the customer comes first, this is why we process so many repeat orders, often for specific promotions, exhibitions or special events.

The success of our venture has been built from the supply of top quality promotional sweets and a special relationship with our customers, we pride ourselves on delivering the perfect product at the right time. We have a no quibble returns policy in the unlikely event that our promotional sweets do not match the quality as specified in the order.

Our promotional sweets are manufactured in the UK and mainland Europe, they follow strict standards and specification as set by the Food Trading Standards.

At Sweet Ideas we have the ability to fast track our production on selected promotional sweets, within five working days. The average production time is 10 to 15 working days.

Our product range and service levels has grown over the years based on our clients demands. We are always researching new products for regular and seasonal supply.

When approached by Traidcraft to produce Fairtrade products back in 2005 we were able to supply to specific Fairtrade ingredients for our Fortune Cookies. Since that time we have been able to introduce to our range new certified Fairtrade Products to include Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Chocolates and Promotional Sweets, branded and personalised to customer requirements.

We are members of two professional trade organisations – Promota and BPMA that sets standards for our industry.

PROMOTA is the leading independent trade association for the promotional products industry, representing a high calibre of both supplier and distributor members.The association represents members from across the industry and promotes best practice, professionalism and high quality service.

THE BPMA Established in 1965, the British Promotional Merchandise Association , is one of the UK’s leading industry bodies dedicated to promoting best practice around the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of promotional products. This enables their members to be more successful and be seen as exemplars of best practice, centres of excellence to customers and partners within the promotional merchandise industry.
